Channeling Beauty Boss Collection Return Policy

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled, this is because our team start processing your order immediately after your order goes in.

No refunds or exchanges allowed, only local pick up orders has a 7 day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Local pick up orders have a 7 day return policy on any unopened hair extensions. Seal must remain intact and not tampered with. Before using our extension please inspect and examine without manipulating the product to ensure that you are 100 percent satisfied.

For a full refund extensions will be inspected by our team. To insure all guidelines have been met. 

Only valid 7 days from the day you receive your extensions.
